WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

I try to create stunning and contemporary photos that provide a distinctive view of your wedding day. I try to create my own style of wedding photography, fusing reportage photography, which I always take to provide impact and to create an emotional connection through the camera, with magazine-style fashion photography which draws on colour and composition in the surroundings. I always use the elements of the surroundings to create strong compositions but what is most important to me is the quality of the light. I rely mainly on natural light but I make sure to use it creatively and carefully. Many photographers nowadays will offer you a reportage shoot but I combine both a reportage shoot with a magazine-style fashion shoot! I have spent the last 10 years working mainly in Madrid and Marbella, where I worked for many of the glamorous Marbella magazines as well as the main national newspapers both in Spain and the UK, covering everything from food to cars to fashion. However, photographing people is my passion and so I decided to concentrate solely on wedding photography, combining my experience of reportage news photography with my experience of fashion photography to create my own distinctive style.
